Eco Printing with Flowers

In this class we will transform ordinary socks or a bandana (your choice!) into a work of art using natural, sustainable materials to dye our own products. Using dried botanicals, we will create our own designs on the fabric and dye them in class. You will take home your piece

at the end of class.

You will receive a kit (from a local Kansas artist!) that includes everything needed for class:

pre-mordanted bamboo socks or a cotton bandana (make your selection at checkout), dried

flowers, bundling twine, an eco-printing instructional e-book including information on

scouring and mordanting your own fabric, dye material resources, and a dye plant glossary.
