As a VIP guest, you will be ushered into a dedicated area where the journey of customizing your very own cowboy hat begins. You will be greeted by your own personal hat designer and guided through the customization process. Designers work closely with each guest to ensure every detail reflects their vision, offering styling tips and sharing the history behind the materials and designs.
